We’re all too familiar with the ubiquitous legal disclaimers posted on everything, everywhere, warning you in explicit, albeit hidden, legal terms that if you are injured or killed by any activity, product or service, it’s your problem, not the manufacturers.
There’s still some legal wiggle room in those statements. For example, if your injury (or death) is caused by malfeasance or negligence on the part of the manufacturer or service provider, you can still sue and be compensated in the millions of dollars for your injury.
Except for vaccines. This is not an anti-vaxx rant, but just so you know, vaccines, which you’re required to give to your children in 69 doses before their 3rd year are totally exempt from damage or injury lawsuits against the company of manufacture or the distributor due to a law passed in 1986.
The Office of Special Masters of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, popularly known as "vaccine court", administers a no-fault system for litigating vaccine injury claims. These claims against vaccine manufacturers cannot normally be filed in state or federal civil courts, but instead must be heard in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, sitting without a jury. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP or NVICP) was established by the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), passed by the United States Congress.
The United States of America enshrined your individual rights in the Declaration of Independence:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
And, the U.S. Constitution explicitly limits the reach of government in order to protect individual rights.
However, this is all going out the window right now for two words: herd immunity.
All the ‘do at your own risk,’ and ‘use at your own risks,’ signs are no longer necessary. If the government or anyone else decides that what you are doing or might do – like walking outside your home without a face covering – might possibly, without any evidence or burden of proof - endanger, another person, it can fine you, forcibly prevent you from acting or imprison you.
As of today, this is the law. There is no more legal concept of personal choice, also known as personal sovereignty or agency. You are no longer responsible for your actions, nor are others responsible for their own actions. We’re now all responsible for deciding what is in the best interests of each other - legally.
Your ‘life, liberty and pursuit of happiness’ are now what I decide they should be. You can no longer act with the intentions of what you believe to be are in your own best interest. That is now decided by the low-level functionaries of the State and will be enforced at the end of the barrel of a gun.
The State will tell you what is in your own best interest. Your opinion on the matter need not apply. We will protect you (and us) from yourself.
If you think it’s okay to leave your house without wearing a mask, i.e., that it is in your own best interest to do so for whatever reason, you can no longer exercise that right. We, as your overlords know better than you what is better for you, and we are now legally forcing you to adhere to what we know is in your best interest. The State is not interested in what you think is in your own best interest. The State knows better.
This comes to herd immunity, too. If you think it is in your own best interest to avoid un-tested vaccines for which manufacturers, distributors and sellers bear no liability, the State is not interested. Your rights have been subsumed for the sake of the herd. You no longer have choice.
We all know that the above image is about abortion (disguised as sex), and this has been the rallying cry of the liberals for more than 50 years, but it only counts when they use it to kill or destroy someone else’s body (the body of the fetus), which ironically IS NOT THEIRS to kill or destroy, but when it comes to your ACTUAL body, it's not longer yours either - you no longer have a choice.
The Herd has choice, or rather, the low-life politicians claiming to represent the herd, who are bought and paid for by the big Pharma companies about to make multi-billions of dollars from enforced testing and vaccine programs.
Your body, your choice, your face on which you decide to strap a mask or not. This is the next major step away from inalienable human rights of Democracy and the Open Market and towards collectivism, also known as Communism. In America - right now.
Every single time you strap on a mask to leave your home or to go into a grocery store and every single time you sign up for an un-proven immunity test and if you submit to government-forced vaccinations for you or your children, you are opening the door and inviting Marx into your life and your country, and you shouldn’t be surprised when your pursuit of life, liberty and happiness are no longer up to you but to be decided by the State, which will tell you where to live, where to work, whom to marry.
No body, no choice.
